No-Penalty Inspection by DOB is back! Anytime in the month of May, property owners can request for a free DOB inspection for decks, porches, retaining walls, business signs and other outdoor structures at no cost and without risk of penalties.

DOB has expanded Customer Service hours starting May 4th 2022 from 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM. It will be open to the public for in-person and drop off transactions.
